  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?

For Free and Hot Deals items like makeup, bags, nails, elements to body care and accessories,  please allow 3-5 weeks for US delivery due to large demand. Please allow 5-7 weeks for International delivery due to large demand.

  • How much is shipping?

This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. Shipping can range from $5.95 - $10.97 for single product, and additional shipping charge for each product ordered. On confirmation payment screen total amount will be listed before processing.

  • I ordered multiple items, why did I only received one?

Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you 

  • I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email. What happened?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please shoot us a line under "Contact Us" section. 

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through the Stripe powered Shopify Payments system. We also accept PayPal as well. No checks are accepted.


  • What is the return policy?

If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 7 days. We do not refund shipping cost. Items can be shipped to: 8345 NW 66 ST Miami, FL 33166.

Please Note: Marked as FREE items are not returnable nor exchanged and we are not able to return any shipping charges.

Please Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Although many of our items ship direct from our USA warehouse in Nevada, certain "special order" items ship direct from the maker in Asia, arrive by China Post/USPS. Please allow for 3-4 weeks for replacement on special orders.
